A. Exchanges and returns can be made only by inquiring 1:1 or contacting the customer center (02-3446-7717). (Defective photos and videos must be attached.)

If you send the product first without inquiries, exchange and return may not be possible, so please register the inquiry first.

Please check the following exchange/return precautions.

1. In case of a simple change of mind, you can register within 7 days from the date of receipt. (Return shipping fee is borne by the buyer)

2. Exchange and return are possible within 14 to 21 days of receipt of the product only if the product you ordered is not used after receipt.

3. In the case of delivery errors/damages/defects/mis-delivery, exchange/return is possible within 14 to 21 days from the date of receipt (shipping borne by the seller).

4. Please understand that the product will be sent by courier and may occur during packaging delivery such as fine scratches and scratches/discoloration, which is not a reason for exchange/refund.

5. If the value of the product decreases, exchange/refund is not possible (damage/washing/stains/scent of perfume/damage/traces of use of the package).

6. Exchanges/refunds are not possible if the packaging of reproducible products ( DVDs, albums, books, magazines, photo books, etc.) is damaged.

7. When exchanging/returning, you must send the gift/component, etc. presented together, and if missing, exchange/refund is not possible.

8. There may be differences in exchange/refund policies for each product, and please check the product information for more information.
